Section 591 of the Vermont Statutes Annotated describes voluntary guidelines for outdoor lighting and establishes a 20-member legislative outdoor-lighting advisory board. The advisory board was charged with creating, by June 30, 2007, a set of performance-based, outdoor-lighting guidelines.
