Vermont
In May 2006, Vermont's General Assembly enacted voluntary guidelines for outdoor lighting and established a 20-member legislative outdoor-lighting advisory board to create a set of performance-based, outdoor-lighting guidelines. The advisory board met a few times and established a website: vtoutdoorlighting.org. However, the legislation was repealed in 2009.
